This policy explains how Nihon GCC, operated by Nihon Facilities Management Services L.L.C ("Nihon", "we", "us"), Dubai Trade Licence No. 1638967, handles personal data collected through www.nihongcc.com. We process personal data in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable laws.
1. Data we collect
- Details you submit in our forms: name, email, phone, company, country, nationality, location, work experience and any CV or message you provide.
- Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, used for security and spam prevention.
2. How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and prepare service or recruitment proposals.
- To assess candidates for roles with Nihon or with employers across the GCC.
- To share candidate profiles, where relevant, with our group company Nihon Employment Center Pvt. Ltd. (Nepal), licensed recruitment partners in India, and prospective employers in the GCC.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
3. Legal basis
We rely on your consent (given when you submit a form), on steps needed to enter into a contract with you, and on our legal obligations.
4. Sharing and international transfers
We do not sell personal data. Because we recruit across borders, your data may be transferred between the UAE, other GCC countries, Nepal and India, only for the purposes above and with appropriate safeguards.
5. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months. Candidate profiles are kept for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent at any time, by emailing dubai@nihongcc.com.
7. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Embedded services such as Google Maps and Google Fonts may set their own cookies under their own policies.
