2. Recruitment
Overseas recruitment from Nepal is carried out by our group company Nihon Employment Center Pvt. Ltd., licensed by the Government of Nepal (Licence No. 1567/079/080). Recruitment from India is conducted only through appropriately licensed channels. Employment in any GCC country is subject to the requirements of that country’s labour ministry and other competent authorities. Submitting a profile does not guarantee employment.
3. Services outside the UAE
Facilities management and managed-team services outside the UAE are delivered through licensed local partners, as set out in the relevant agreement.
4. No fees for job offers
Nihon does not charge candidates any fee prohibited by GCC, Nepal or Indian law and never requests payments through personal accounts or unofficial agents. Report any such request to +971 58 888 8297.
5. Training
Training programmes are delivered through the Nihon group and accredited partners. Completion does not guarantee employment or internship placement.
6. Intellectual property
The Nihon name, logo and website content belong to the Nihon group and may not be used without permission.
7. Liability
We aim to keep information accurate but make no warranties about completeness. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of this website.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
9. Language
This website is available in English and Arabic. In case of any difference between the two versions, the English version prevails.
