Built on trust, since 1987
Nihon GCC is the Gulf business of the Nihon group — headquartered in Dubai and serving employers across all six GCC countries.
From Kathmandu to the Gulf
The Nihon group started in Nepal in 1987 as Nihon Employment Center — helping skilled workers find dignified employment abroad and helping employers find people they can rely on. Over the decades the group has built a reputation for careful selection, proper training and ethical practice.
In 2026 we launched Nihon GCC, with its headquarters in Dubai operated by Nihon Facilities Management Services L.L.C. From Dubai we serve employers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain — recruiting talent from Nepal and India and delivering managed facilities teams.
Today we connect the GCC, Nepal and, soon, India into a single, reliable talent corridor.
Our mission
To connect GCC employers with dependable, well-prepared people — while treating every worker with fairness and respect.
Our vision
To be the most trusted recruitment and workforce partner in the GCC, known for ethical practice and consistent quality.
Our values
Integrity, worker welfare, compliance, responsiveness and long-term partnership — in every placement and every contract.

Ethics are not optional
Fair recruitment
We follow Nepal’s Foreign Employment Act, applicable Indian emigration rules and the labour laws of each GCC country. Workers are not charged fees the law prohibits.
Transparent contracts
Every worker receives a clear, approved employment contract in a language they understand before departure.
Worker welfare
Timely wages through wage protection systems, health insurance, proper accommodation and a safe channel to raise concerns.
